What I learned in College

It's surprising how what you learn in school can be applied to everyday life. Golden Rule of Chemical Engineers

"Accumulation = In - Out + Generation - Consumption"

In the case of my body as the reactor...

Accumulation is fat I gain
In is what I eat
Out is what I burn to live
Generation, well let's hope I do spontaneously create weight
Consumption is how I exercise

And to think, all I had to do was spent thousands of dollars on tuition to learn a basic rule of weight loss!
